Matt O'Connor first arrived on the fathers' rights scene back in 2001/2002 with a number of imaginative, creative and successful stunts, aided by others.
During the formative years of Fathers 4 Justice, (entirely his idea) Matt O'Connor thrust the injustices of family courts onto the front pages of every single national newspaper, into the living rooms of citizens worldwide watching news programmes and removed totally the misconception of the wider public that family courts work or in anyway act in the interest of any child, anywhere.
Unfortunately, Matt O'Connor lost his way somewhere during 2004-05, about the time he took up with his now wife, Nadine Taylor, herself a single mother who was reported in the national press as obstructing contact between her daughter & the daughters' Dad-and threatened with jail because of it.
Jail threat 4 protest mum
THE mum who led a Fathers 4 Justice protest on TV’s live Lotto could face jail over an access battle with her estranged husband.
Nadine Taylor is flouting a court order setting out Dave Ball’s visiting rights with their six-year-old daughter Philippa, friends revealed.
Yesterday Nadine ? seen by millions demanding better custody rights for dads ? admitted she had been served with a penal notice in the family courts last week.
It means a judge could throw her in prison if she fails to comply with a contact order.
Nadine, 34, of Romsey, Hants, refused to talk in detail about the case, but said: “I’m all in favour of contact.
TV protest ... Taylor on Lotto show
“But I have issues with the contact order in this particular case.” One person familiar with the case claimed: “It’s hypocrisy for Nadine to be campaigning for better custody rights for dads.”
Graphic designer Nadine wed Ball in 1999 but began divorce proceedings in 2002. The divorce is not yet final.
She is now in a fresh relationship with Fathers 4 Justice founder Matt O’Connor. They have a five-month-old boy together. Controversial Fathers 4 Justice disbanded in January after The Sun revealed militant members plotted to kidnap Tony Blair’s son Leo, then five.
But leaders said it was back to stay after Nadine and five other protesters stormed the set of Saturday night’s BBC1 National Lottery show.
New family ... Nadine with Fathers 4
Justice founder Matt
Presenters Eamonn Holmes and Sarah Cawood looked stunned as the £17.6million draw was thrown into chaos. Beeb chiefs were forced to cut to a picture of the National Lottery logo as the demonstration continued.
No arrests were made, but BBC bosses and the Met Police launched investigations.
Mr O’Connor, whose group flour-bombed the PM in the Commons, said: “We’re planning lots more protests. We’ve got rid of the lunatic fringe.”
Nadine added: “I wish I’d given Eamonn a big kiss.”

Sadly, along with Matt's own admitted and totally unaddressed demons with drink over the years, he seems beset with regret over destroying his first marriage with his own admitted multiple adultery and shocking behaviour and seems now on a mission to destroy all fathers rights movement he helped launch is such a spectacular way.
I was one of his biggest supporters over the years, I defended him when many others were complaining about him defrauding them financially, verbally abusing them and letting them down emotionally.
However, with his latest attacks on the NEW FATHERS 4 JUSTICE campaign, I will detail some of his more unhelpful behaviour that I have personally experienced from him so anyone else thinking of paying money to join his latest project or projects might wish to look at other options;
1) After the successful storming of the Lord Chancellors Department back in 2001 by 200 father christmas's, entirely Mr O'Connor's idea and funded by him, he CLOSED FATHERS 4 JUSTICE DOWN.
First F4J protest;
He relaunched a couple of months later.
2) After the Batman on Buckingham Palace and the flowerbombing of Tony Blair at Prime Ministers Question time, (and just after he met his now wife Nadine Taylor) he closed down FATHERS 4 JUSTICE a second time, unbelievably stating on National TV "mothers are better parents than fathers!".
[Well, by his own admitted behaviour as a father and husband, in his case that may be true, but he should not bring all fathers down to his low standard of personal behaviour].
3) After yet another relaunch, he subsequently called a meeting at Reading Services (junction 11, M4) inviting past and new members to come together to plan a way forward. Despite fathers arriving (as invited) with new partners and small children, he constantly used words such as 'fuck, cunt' while conducting the meeting until a very respectable woman present called Tina Raburn asked him to stop using such language because there were small children present. Well, he did for about 5 minutes. (and no, he did not appear drunk on this occasion). We never saw some of those people ever again.
4) Aided myself and Jolly Stanesby to climb upon the roof of MP Harriet Harman';s home in June 2008, supplying a suitable ladder and groundstaff, a banner and superhero suits. Both of us were (very) willing participants, Matt O'Connor backed this up with well spoken TV interviews by himself while we were up on the roof.
Harriet Harman's rooftop, 2008.
A couple of weeks later he 'signs up' a PR company to further promote Fathers 4 Justice and asks me to give them an interview. I happily did, and the interview appeared in a London paper.
5) Two others fathers also protested upon the roof of Harriet Harman's house a couple of weeks later in a copycat protest. For reasons only beknown to Matt O'Connor, he refused to acknowledge or support their protest in anyway.
Three weeks before me and Jolly were facing City of Westminster Magistrates Court for our protest, Matt O'Connor publically closed down Fathers 4 Justice yet again. Without the backing of the protest group, Matt O'CONnor hung us out to dry, me & Jolly had to face the full weight of the law that clearly saw this as opportunity to erase fathers rights protesting completely. Poor Jolly went to prison for simply climbing onto a roof and not coming down when told.
Other fathers then launched 'NEW' Fathers 4 Justice, which was promptly followed up with Matt O'Connor complaining that as he had 'killed off' the name 'Fathers 4 Justice', we cannot use it.
Nonsense. Firstly, he closed his operation down (despite taking yearly membership fees from fathers up until the day before this latest 'closure') so it was no longer 'his' anything. Secondly, (in no small part due to his unpopularity amongst fathers by now) 'NEW' Fathers 4 Justice did not even pretend it was anything to do with him, but was simply carrying on a new group in the same theme
.
Meanwhile, the PR company phoned me a couple of weeks after his latest closing down of F4J saying that Matt O'Connor had defaulted on the £2000 payment agreed to them and they now sought payment from me as he had implied to them that I was part of the 'team' that engaged them! They were put right of course and given Matt O'Connor's home address in Winchester to pursue their broken contract with him.
Throughout 2008 and 2009, Matt O'CONnor has sniped at, sent abusive e mails to and denegraded each and every one of us involved in NEW FATHERS 4 JUSTICE.
Although I personally ignored the ranting of this drunken individual, he then got me dragged into court in 2009 by falsely alleging that I was circulating Judges home addreses on the internet, through his Fathers 4 Justice website, with the intent of causing judges harm.
Fortunately, 'Court' is not really a big deal to me anymore (having been there 133 times just to see kids that wanted to see me) and my responses to the court and the Treasury Solicitor who sought these draconian and restrictive orders on me-and my family-all caused by the lie telling of Matt O'CONnor trying to implicate me in something I had absolutely no part in whatsoever but had his fingerprints all over-were soon dismissed. I suspect he manufactured the entire scenaro to disrupt the progress of NEW Fathers 4 Justice.
Now MATT O'CONnor is relaunching Fathers 4 Justice yet again (April 2010). Good luck to him I say. But what most members of NEW FATHERS 4 JUSTICE don't understand is why he still attacks them, us, in the way he does?
Reading his 'rules' for joining his latest relaunch, you would think some Politically Correct man hating feminist (and probably blocking access to her kids too) is behind this lot;

And now, here's the proof!
Tory backing for family law change
THE reformed Hampshire-based Fathers 4 Justice campaign group has won Conservative backing for a change to family law.
The Tories have agreed a ten-point action plan which includes legal backing for shared child contact between separated parents.
They are promising to include the family law reforms in their general election manifesto next week.
Nadine O’Connor, wife of Fathers 4 Justice founder Matt O’Connor, has taken over the running of the controversial organisation which became known for its high profile stunts which saw costume-wearing dads scale Buckingham Palace, disrupt Parliament and take over a live National Lottery broadcast.
Nadine, who lives in Romsey, said: “This is the game-changing announcement we have been working towards.
“We look forward to working with the Conservative Party on ensuring this commitment becomes a reality for the thousands of children and families whose lives are blighted by the family courts.”
Romsey and Southampton North Conservative candidate Caroline Nokes is backing the move.
She said: “Families really are the bedrock of our community. I welcome the announcement and look forward to the ten points being implemented after the election.”
Matt O'Connor has now complained to FACEBOOK that New Fathers 4 Justice are infringing on his 'rights' of his re re re relaunched F4J by having a facebook page detailing their next campaign action on 10 April 2010 at the home of David Cameron MP under their 'New' F4J banner. .
So much for 'the cause'! Clearly Matt O'CONnor was never in this for the cause at all (despite having three sons) .
Other people have had similar experiences of him either stabbing them in the back or shafting them in other ways and various website blogs are dedicated to this, one of which appears in full at the end of this page.*
Facebook are simply not interested in the rights and wrongs of what Matt O'CONnor claims, they have simply closed down New Fathers 4 Justice access to their facebook page the in the week leading up to their biggest protest yet at the home of David Cameron MP.
Can anyone please explain just what is going on in this man's destructive little head ?????????????????????????
PS; I expect when Matt O'CONnor gets wind of this webpage he'll bring a court action against me-well, bring it on sunshine!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mr O'connor
You use, abuse, and ignore countless decent people who have made f4j
what it is (although you really are losing the plot of late). Your
slagging off of Graham Manson, particularly the bit about him not
having any children of his own, shows you to be a very
sick man as well as the above mentioned. You did good early
days but now you are just a liability causing more damage than
good, its time for you to hand the reigns over to someone who
can remain focused on the job in hand, rather than you
drag the whole fathers / children‚s rights movement back to
where it was before f4j began. Where is all the money going?
how much of it have you wasted on alcohol and other
things for yourself? What did you do with the thousands I gave to
f4j and what did you do with the 5 figure donation in 2003. On
top of that you showed up at the last day of my trial pissed -
do the right thing, better late than never and move aside.

Graham,
I'm glad that you have been able to see the light at long last
mate,
When I was advocating what you have said below and a lot
more in the middle of last year F4J members just rubbished
me saying it was `sour grapes' and I was full of shit. I
am still waiting for these scumbags to say it to my face and
they will have the opportunity again on the 17th, but they
won't cos they know I was right. Those who said that are only
in it for themselves or too busy getting stoned on F4J demos
and it being swept under the carpet. Those dead beat dads
amongst us are a liability to our cause & to every decent parent
and grandparent who at one time believed F4J was a good thing.
Not only as the egotistics and drug addicts of the Fascists, sorry,
Fathers 4 Justice let the respectable members of the organization
down they have also let our children down.
F4J could have brought about something really good but not for
certain personalities, whom I don't have to mention, it as
failed. Well done you pricks and shame on you. Tick tock tick
tock time is running out Matt & co.
I'm off to America tomorrow for a nice little holiday and to
spread the word about the real F4J and to pass the word round not to
send money to Matt or F4J because nobody knows where it goes.
Remember in April 2003 at the meeting in Bristol when Matt told
us that the organization had received a `5 figure donation'
well that was not declared through companies house and not on
F4J's accounts. What are you doing with the money Matt?
How is your own company doing!
Matt is a liability folks and can't be trusted and at long last
people are starting to see through him. We can't have a dead
beat dad in charge of this organization and it is up to you, the
members to do something about it. If I was you I would hit Matt
where it hurts and that's his pocket and cancel your membership
but remain a supporter of the aims of F4J. The arsehole won't
even get on a roof himself but instead wants ordinary members
to do it and when they go to prison just fucks them off. Come
`ed folks wake up to him and stop being used.
To the tune of `London Bridge is falling down' : `F4J is
falling down falling down falling down. F4J is falling down poor
old Matty'.
Take care and see you on the 17th.
Pete
PS Has anyone seen some ladies £500!

Guy,
Thanks for replying so quickly. The argument you bring
forward with regards to Matt's talent and contribution is
without a doubt true. Only a fool would argue that F4J
would have got as far as it has without Matt.
Nevertheless we are dealing with people's life and that of
their children and their aspirations. We are very close to
the Promised Land. We came a long way and contributing
it solely to Matt as if he is God is in my view a mistake. Many
people, good people put much effort to this assent including
you and the brave act you committed. It wasn't one man, it
was our willingness to do his bidding without questioning,
without thinking about ourselves and consequences of our
actions first. There are many good men in this organisation
who had laboured behind the scene, risking their livelihood
and freedom as we witness recently and had little credit for
their endeavours, little rewards and little in return when you
considering the fact that some individuals in the top F4J had
never done more then risking their launch appointments.
Further, it is not accepted that other individuals are caught with
their hands in the till, and Matt is trying to silence those of had
the decency and courage to bring this mater to the attention of
the group. In addition, he smears them with allegations that
they are `working for the enemy, the press'. If Chris
Hawkins does work for the press, at least he doses his job properly
by exposing corruption and wrong doings sussesfully.
History teaches us that leaders who cannot be questioned or
challenged do commit mistakes and worse, start believing in
their own immortality. Well, sadly none of us is irreplaceable
including me, you and Matt.
I will have no part in what I consider to be wrong or worse
corruption and bullyboy tactics.
Take care and I hope you get to see your kids soon as I wish
it for the rest of us too.

Subject: I WASN'T PUSHED - I JUMPED!
Dear All
I don't take kindly to people telling lies about me so this is my
response to Matt O'Connor's e-mail posted earlier.
We've come a long way in this campaign - too long to let it
be destroyed by a corrupt dishonest despot and his sidekick.
For the record I wasn't kicked out of Fathers4Justice today, I
left yesterday the moment I learned Jeff Skinner and Chris Hawkins
had been expelled for whistle-blowing the shameful behaviour
of Jason Hatch. Behaviour that our leader hoped he could brush
under the carpet. Those of you know them, know Chris and
Jeff to be dedicated activists of the utmost integrity and will
not be convinced by the vile accusations of Mr.O'Connor.
We've heard these type of accusations before - it's all starting
to sound too familiar now.
The last time I read lies about myself was in the family court.
I never expected to read them in F4J. Far from being 'dismissed'
- a drunken Matt O'Connor begged me to stay this morning and
I told him where to go. This only confirms to me I've done the
right thing. It also casts doubt on everything this man has ever
told me regarding the ambiguous expulsion of so many of our
numbers, people who gave their time and energy to changing
the law in this country, not motivated by greed and
self-glorification but by the genuine belief that what they were
doing was right. Our motto is 'Truth, Justice and Equality in
family law and it's about time we extended that to include
Fathers4Justice itself.
No-one has been prouder than I to be part of this organisation.
It gave me a reason to live when my reason for living was taken
away. I will always be grateful for that. Nevertheless, I will no
longer tolerate the bullshit, double-standards, hypocrisy and
mis-management which has become a way of life for our so-
called 'management team'. Our members get enough of that
in the family courts - they certainly don't expect it from us.
Chris Hawkins and Jeff Skinner - my hat is off to you both.
Thankyou for having the courage of your convictions, and
whether or not you're both undercover journalists working
for Granada, I'm glad you had the balls to speak out.
Jenny Bostock - unlike the rest of us, your hands are tied. I
will miss you, Jenny.
Matt O'Connor - don't you dare threaten me with civil, criminal
or any other type of action - Have some dignity and walk away
from me like I am walking away from you. Shame on you.
Graham Manson.
